Auto Duct Production Line

The air duct production line can be defined as that the entire technological process of air duct forming is completed independently by one machine.

To put it simply, the whole process from coil blanking to air duct forming is completed independently by machine processing equipment without interruption.

The intermediate process does not require anyone's participation and operation.

A complete air duct production line should realize the following functions.

1. Coil material selection and blanking function; 2-6 kinds of coil materials with different thickness or material can be used.

2. Compression and flattening functions; this function is the adjustment process of the coil before processing to prevent displacement.

3. Drilling, chamfering, and grooving functions; this function can complete the production of air duct installation holes, avoiding the inconvenience caused by later drilling.

4. Cutting function; this function peels the sheet from the coil for the next step of processing.

5. Transmission function; it is convenient for the coil material to be processed automatically in the next step.

6. Bite: This function realizes the blank-holding operation of the sheet and makes joint corners.

7. Common plate flange forming; this function is a key step in making double-sided common plate flanges.

8. Bending and forming; the last work is completed, and the common plate flange forming air duct has been formed.
